Celebrating Latina Achievement

This year our celebration will be aexciting 2-hour entertainment venue that connects achievements of Latinas of the past with those of the present.

It will be held at the beautiful Teatro Heckscher at the newly renovated Museo del Barrio on 5th Avenue's Museum Mile in NYC.

The show will feature videos of historical performances mixed with live performances by Latinas in various art forms: dance, music, singing, comedy and poetry. There will also be recognition of achievement in science, industry and community activism.

This year’s highlight will be an exclusive video of BRIDES‘ MARCH, an annual walk that takes place in New York City to raise awareness of domestic abuse.

As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, this celebration of culture, heritage, and unsung personal and professional contributions promises to be the event of the year for Latinas!
